Pinger Textfree Unlimited Application for iPod touch?

So, recently, i bought this app called textfree unlimited from a company called pinger for my iPod touch.

I have made two different accounts because i didn't like my name at first, so i changed it.

Does textfree unlimited re-charge you the 5.99 for every new account you create on it? Or is it free to make new accounts because you have already paid the base 5.99 fee? Please help.

Please note, per our Textfree End User License Agreement, a Textfree account "which uses a false identity or impersonates any person or entity" is not allowed. (Not suggesting you are impersonating anyone, but just in case.)
