Textfree....still doesn't work?

Hi. ok pinger i tried all the things you suggested and it still won't work i even unplug and replug my internet but then it works....for 1 person. AND THEY STILL DON'T GET THE MESSAGE! Please i need helpTextfree....still doesn't work?
