The purpose of a business plan (from the perspective of the entrepreneur) is to come up with a realistic plan that sets out orderly growth including anticipating the timing of capital infusions.



You should also have a "Plan B" based on worst case situations so that you know what steps to take so your enterprise can survive a general financial crisis.
