Does Textfree by Pinger cost money?

So, I made a account on Pinger which is a website where you can text people from your computer free, I was wondering actually two of the following things, does it cost money to use your computer and send text? %26amp; Does it coast money for other people using there mobil phone?

Hey there! Texting on Textfree is always free, no matter what you're using be it a computer or a smartphone :) Your friends who are using Textfree will have their cellular carrier's standard rates apply (unless they have unlimited texting).
