"Financial crisis": a reason not to be charitable?

Doesn't it seem that many people/companies are using the excuse of the financial crisis as a way to be stingy. Some may be feeling the crunch, but I don't believe that it is so bad that everyone needs to hold on to their purse strings in every aspect of life."Financial crisis": a reason not to be charitable?Ask someone who had little to eat and little to wear and then this financial crises has hit so badly (2 years ago) there was food crises today the cost of living is so high.

Some one has to adjust somewhere if some is approaching Charitable Institution or Churches or Other Org. for help there is no harm.

It is costing only USA trillions of Dollar just to bail out some companies and banks.

But it gives third world countries a very good chance to come up with their own ability, Like africa and asia has so much sun, if they can put their resources into Solar Engenry..Hybrid cars, Mine explorations ...they would be rich in next few years provided the government should be honest and sincere."Financial crisis": a reason not to be charitable? It is not an excuse it is reality. You have an x number of dollars. If all the dollars are needed to meet expenses then there is no extra for charity.
