What did the financial crisis stem from?

Mostly from the sub prime mortgage lending mess. Millions of people with no credit were given home loans. When they started defaulting on their loans the banks started hurting. This by the way started during the Clinton administration when they pressured mortgage companies to give loans to people without much credit

And also the wall street recklessness. And the Bush administrations de regulation of the financial markets. Companies lying about their financial status just to get their stock prices up. What did the financial crisis stem from?
Wall street lost the international trade war. They would have been heroes if they won. The national debt would be magically gone like the way Clinton did.

Looking the the price of soy beans and rice in the past few months, you will have an idea. (yeah, oil, too)What did the financial crisis stem from?
Check the Dow Jones Industrials, have a look at the low points of it in the last decade or two and check out the events that happened during that time. What did the financial crisis stem from?
The idea that spending more than one earns is sustainable.
