Does President Barack Obama's proposed Financial Crisis Responsibility Fee reek of socialism?

I bet that came right out of Karl Marx鈥檚 playbook. That is how it starts. The next thing you know every day citizens will have to pay extra money because they took a long time to pay back money they borrowed from banks. They may even have to pay more money because some risky behavior.Does President Barack Obama's proposed Financial Crisis Responsibility Fee reek of socialism?Wow please learn what socialism is and Obamas nothing close to even being a socialistDoes President Barack Obama's proposed Financial Crisis Responsibility Fee reek of socialism?
I love the smell of taxing theives in the morning,,,smells like,,,victory.Does President Barack Obama's proposed Financial Crisis Responsibility Fee reek of socialism?yes
Its not socialism. Its just a good old fashioned money grab fleecing of American banks (but only some banks)

Fannie

Freddie

AIG

GM

they are not subject to this tax.Does President Barack Obama's proposed Financial Crisis Responsibility Fee reek of socialism? All the money has been payed back by all banks accept Citi.....so exactly what's this tax for again?Does President Barack Obama's proposed Financial Crisis Responsibility Fee reek of socialism?
and what is so bad about socialism
Continued taxation of the responsible to pay for the irresponsible.

Meanwhile the responsible have to compete again against the irresponsible again acting irresponsible with Obama's help and money.

Yes the responsible end up paying, but kill off the bad ones. Don't let them benefit.

That is a double slap on those that managed their businesses well.Does President Barack Obama's proposed Financial Crisis Responsibility Fee reek of socialism?
oh really! why would you think that?

he's doing everything in his power to set you up as a nation cared for and nurtured by the state and you dare question?

buy a blue notebook, (it will only be available in red later) and hide it under your bed, even though it's the "new global handshake" you're right

in the assumption that it smacks of socialism
The most complete and extensive answer to that is just "no."
Of course it does. Obama's a perfectly ordinary Democrat.

Sarcasm FAIL, by the way. Obama's dishonestly (of course) named TARP tax is applied to banks without regard to any TARP participation they may or may not have had. And, as the non-retarded among us know, NO corporation has ever paid a tax. They COLLECT taxes from individuals and pass the money on to government. This brilliant idea of Obama's is nothing more or less than a tax on PEOPLE who use banks, get paid by someone who uses a bank, buy things from someone who uses a bank, etc. Your comparison to lending is quite simply either dishonest or extremely stupid. Your interest rates etc are due to a private contract into which you voluntarily entered, not an arbitrary imposition FORCED on you at the point of government guns.

Obama is in FACT a SELF-identified Marxist and I find it rude of CanuckUSA to call The President a liar.

Fannie %26amp; Freddie have ALWAYS been government agencies structured to trivially resemble private companies. Now AIG %26amp; GM are as well. Government doesn't pay taxes to itself.

Anyway, on average, only about a million people per year die at the hands of their own socialist governments for things like SUSPICION of dissent so I agree with "freedom" that we, too, should all be literally government property.
Socialism has never led to Communism - not one time ever.

Communism always follows abusive Capitalism.

But we gave these guys billions of dollars. Some reason we shouldn't get it back? Ever heard of a small problem we have called the National Debt?
